I spend time with you to talk and listen, and weave the memories and moments you have shared into an honest and insightful written story of your life. This can be presented as part of a ‘living funeral’ or woven into a funeral ceremony or memorial service. The story can be words alone, or supported with selected photographs and music that hold a special meaning to you.
A eulogy is the part of a funeral ceremony or memorial service where someone talks about the life of the person who died. The speech can be delivered by a family member, close friend, minister, priest or celebrant. As a funeral celebrant I am available to work with you to write the eulogy and can provide this for a family member to present or deliver it on your behalf as part of a complete funeral ceremony.
I work with you to pre-plan your funeral, or with Funeral Directors and families after the loss of a loved one to create a complete funeral ceremony. I offer guidance on the elements of a unique ceremony that will honour your loved one, including readings, music, and the eulogy. As your funeral celebrant, I provide a personalised service delivered with warmth, respect, and compassion.
Writing your life story
Have you ever considered writing your life story and gifting your memories, experiences and life's learnings to your loved ones? I can help you capture those moments and memories and then weave them into an eloquent celebration of your life.
By interviewing you and/or a small group of selected family members or close friends, I capture cherished moments and treasured memories to document your life and allow a story to unfold that is an honest, touching, insight to a unique and complex life. Memories and experiences are woven into a unique and deeply personal story that celebrates every aspect of your life and personality. This may be presented in a written format, or told through a combination of words, pictures, and video in a multimedia presentation. Yours to keep, or share when you are ready.
